Services and Qualifications

The Love Crush Agency’s services are for persons 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are 18 years old or older. If you are under the age of 18, do not sign up for our services. We do not service individuals under the age of 18.

By using our services, you are professing that you are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity, you have never been convicted of or pleaded no contest to a felony, and are not otherwise barred from using the service under the laws of any state, the United States, or other applicable jurisdictions.

The Love Crush Agency may elect to perform random background checks at any time throughout the duration of your membership with us on individuals to confirm compliance with our rules. We may also use any other public records available to us. You also acknowledge and warrant to The Love Crush Agency that you will use our services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Communication and Privacy

You will be auto-subscribed to our regular email frequency. You may unsubscribe at any time; however, we must be able to send you any information related to our services. In addition, by subscribing to our services, you hereby consent to receive text messages and/or phone calls in connection with the provision of the services. We reserve the right to publish non-identifying quotes and remarks from your date feedback or matchmaker reviews. Attribution is limited to first name, age, city and/or membership level unless permission for complete attribution has been provided in advance.

Usage

Admission into our database strictly as a database member and not a paying client is available at no cost. However, belonging to the database does not guarantee dates, unless you are a paying client. You acknowledge that if you are not a paying client, you may not have regular dates and solely are a non-paying member of our database.
